DESCRIPTION

The City seeks a vendor to provide an integrated utility billing software solution alongside comprehensive implementation services. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering a platform that manages customer accounts, metering data, billing, collections, service orders, and revenue reporting for the city's water, wastewater, stormwater, solid waste, and any applicable special assessment districts.
