An Ontario-based agency is seeking a user testing software platform that supports both moderated and unmoderated user testing. The primary objective is to facilitate comprehensive user testing with members of the Canadian public to improve the usability of agency web pages, enabling Canadians to more easily find information and complete necessary tasks.
The required platform must feature an interface available in both English and French, ensuring that content in both official languages can be tested effectively. Agency staff should be able to create, save, and conduct remote user tests—both moderated and unmoderated—on websites, applications, and prototypes. Additionally, the platform must record video and audio during user test sessions and securely store these recordings for the duration of the contract, allowing staff to review all recorded sessions as needed for analysis and improvement purposes.
