DESCRIPTION


The State of Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive website design services aimed at improving user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for various State agencies. The project involves redesigning existing websites to enhance usability, accessibility, and performance, enabling agencies to maintain and update content efficiently over time. The vendor will be responsible for website development, deployment, and ongoing support services for maintenance and operations.

Designs must adhere to accessibility compliance, support mobile responsiveness, and incorporate performance best practices. The scope includes content creation and migration, document and page migration, content lifecycle management, optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), and navigation development.
