SUMMARY

Seeking a vendor to deliver, implement, and support a comprehensive UEBA solution for one year in New Jersey, including hardware, software, and integration.

DESCRIPTION

The organization seeks a vendor to provide a user and entity behavior analytics (UEBA) solution, including a host-based platform with comprehensive support such as project management, technical services, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. The solution must cover all aspects including hardware, software licenses, installation, maintenance, and ongoing support services.

The chosen platform must be able to receive and process data from both commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and open-source traffic collectors. It is required that the cloud sensor support major cloud service providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. The solution should feature full packet capture capabilities in response to specific events or alerts, with the virtual sensor supporting network traffic at 25 Gbps without packet loss and the capability for future bandwidth enhancements.

A binary executable software sensor should be deployable as a standalone application and support operation on Windows, Linux servers, and containers. Additionally, the system should allow simultaneous support for standard Zeek and Suricata engines. The contract period for this project is one year.
