The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Mission Support Battalion seeks industry feedback and statements of qualifications regarding a requirement for contractor support services for enterprise Construction Management System User Training. The Headquarters USACE Engineering and Construction Division is overseeing the transition from the Resident Management System (RMS) application to the new Construction Management Platform (CMP), and comprehensive training is needed for engineering, construction, project management, support personnel, external contractors, and stakeholders.
The training will enable participants to confidently navigate the CMP interface, effectively log interactions and track action items, and utilize CMP applications from the dashboard. The anticipated contract will be a firm fixed price commercial service agreement to provide the necessary support for HQ USACE. Interested companies should submit a brief statement of qualifications, including relevant experience and any applicable GWAC vehicles, along with answers to the attached questionnaire.
This announcement serves as a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes and is not a request for proposals. Responses will help determine whether the requirement will be set aside for small businesses or handled via full and open competition.
