Vendors should detail their methods for account creation and rostering, with minimum requirements including integration through Clever or OneRoster, as well as certification for integration with 1EdTech and Infinite Campus. Proposals that provide prescriptive guidance on instructional strategies, groupings, and goal setting will receive higher evaluation scores. Additionally, the solution should feature a 'sandbox' environment where administrators and students can preview the system. User-friendly and clear reporting capabilities are also essential.
