Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The agency seeks a vendor to provide a universal passenger processing system and a common use self-service kiosk solution for an airport environment. The project encompasses implementation, support, deliverables, and all operational aspects for the replacement of the current system, with a focus on delivering a complete, turn-key solution. The solution may be cloud-based (SaaS) or on-premises and should leverage existing hardware whenever possible.
Scope includes software replacement, provision of kiosk workstation hardware as needed, full implementation services (including integration, testing, training, and cutover support), licensing, warranty, and ongoing maintenance. The selected vendor will provide 24/7/365 technical support governed by a multi-tiered service level agreement with clear response and resolution metrics. Additional responsibilities include project management, coordination, system configuration, interface development, end user (airlines) training, technical support training, reporting, and train-the-trainer programs. All sensitive data hosted on the system must comply with applicable policies, procedures, and industry standards.
A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for May 6, 2026, and all questions are due by May 21, 2026. The contract duration will be three years.
