SUMMARY

Massachusetts is seeking a universal behavioral health screening system for youth and adolescents, delivered via an online platform with data export and multi-language support.

DESCRIPTION

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to provide a universal behavioral health screening system designed for youth and adolescents. This system must effectively measure and monitor the social, emotional, and behavioral functioning of students through an online user platform. The platform should offer a secure data management system with advanced data analysis capabilities and should support a brief, repeatable assessment format for universal screening, progress monitoring, outcome assessment, and program evaluation.

The screening tool must enable data export in CSV format for seamless integration with Panorama or other district-approved systems used for tiered interventions and support. The platform must be scientifically normed and validated, supporting ratings from clinicians, parents, teachers, and student self-reports. Multiple administration modes are required, including paper-based and online ratings, as well as the ability to send survey links directly to raters via email.

The system should feature a flexible progress-monitoring component to address varying treatment needs and must be translated into multiple languages to support diverse populations. The contract will cover a three-year period.
