DESCRIPTION

The organization seeks a vendor to provide a unified search and registration platform designed to support the management of registered securities across national lending operations. The platform must enable searches across all provinces and territories in Canada and integrate seamlessly with internal systems via a robust API. It should allow searches for real property, personal property, corporate entities, and Bank of state records, with functionality based on mortgage number and customer name, and deliver instant availability of search results.

Key features required include capabilities to register, renew, discharge (full and partial), and amend security registrations, perform full and partial discharges on both personal and real property, and registration number-based discharges. The platform should also support usage reporting segmented by department, centralized invoicing for all activities, and provide a user-friendly interface. Services and documentation must be available in both English and French. The contract will run for three years, with questions to be submitted before April 22, 2026.
