DESCRIPTION

The vendor is required to provide a unified safety and security platform that integrates video surveillance management and recording, front entry intercom and door entry, access control, and environmental sensors. The platform should offer a single solution for managing video surveillance, door entry intercoms, and related systems, with flexibility to expand to additional compatible modules or components as future district needs evolve.

A new recording and management infrastructure—cloud, on-premises, or hybrid—must be sized to support the current system footprint and adhere to designated data retention requirements. The system should include all necessary elements for a fully functional entrance call and answer workflow. Centralized access control management must be integrated within the same platform, providing roles, permissions, event history, reporting, and alerts. Integration with active directory for user provisioning/deprovisioning and group-based role assignment is required.

The platform is expected to support multi-site management with site-level permissions and delegated administration. The contract duration will be five years. Mandatory pre-proposal events and submission deadlines for vendor questions have been set as part of the procurement process.
