Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The agency is seeking a unified endpoint management (UEM) solution focused on providing complete device lifecycle management for corporate-owned iPad devices. The selected provider will operate UEM platforms in a 24×7, mission-critical transit environment and offer direct Service Desk support to frontline users. The scope of work includes managing cellular service providers, enforcing cybersecurity, authentication, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls, and integrating all operational activities with the agency's IT Service Management platform (ServiceNow).
Service providers are expected to demonstrate expertise in UEM managed services within large public-sector or critical infrastructure settings, ideally supporting frontline, shift-based workforces at a scale of 1,000 or more devices. Responsibilities include procurement, enrollment, deployment, support, refresh, and decommissioning of devices, with a focus on zero-touch enrollment and complete asset traceability. Providers must also manage cellular service activities, monitor usage and costs, and provide immediate cellular suspension for security or offboarding events. The contract period will be one year.
