A California-based organization is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive unified communication VoIP services. The scope of work includes developing a detailed implementation plan and schedule for the successful deployment of the VoIP system and associated new hardware. The plan should address all stages of the project, such as identifying prerequisites, configuring the system, conducting thorough testing, preparing documentation, delivering user training, and supporting the system go-live process.
Responsibilities also involve the migration of existing incoming lines, which includes managing the provisioning of new Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers or porting current phone numbers. The vendor will be expected to configure various calling features within the proposed solution and provision all required end-user phone equipment. This project requires vendors with demonstrated expertise in VoIP service implementation, system migration, and user support.
