Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a unified AI engagement and workforce ecosystem—a comprehensive AI-native platform that integrates admissions and academic advising processes with a student-first focus on support, safety, and workforce readiness. The platform must enable real-time monitoring of student emotional states during AI interactions, employing alert thresholds that trigger Sentinel escalation when distress indicators are identified. It should automate the identification of frequently asked questions, common barriers, and systemic process issues that necessitate policy or operational intervention.
Vendors must deliver staff-facing dashboards with real-time analytics on workload distribution, AI versus human resolution rates, escalation queue status, and service quality by department. The system requires intelligent routing workflows directing cases to the appropriate university department based on topic, student profile, and urgency, covering counselors, advisors, counseling services, and campus police. Preservation of chat context and conversation history, seamless AI-to-human handoffs, and the integration of CRM events for follow-up are mandatory. Staff interfaces should support live escalation queues, student context panels, and provide AI-generated response suggestions.
The platform must be capable of AI-initiated outreach to students at risk of retention issues or other academic barriers, as indicated by predictive analytics. Additionally, AI services should map student academic progress to specific workforce competencies desired by Oklahoma employers. The anticipated contract period is one year.
