DESCRIPTION
A vendor is required to supply and implement a unidirectional data diode security solution. The system must use a hardware-enforced, one-way data architecture that ensures physical prevention of any inbound connectivity from IT or external networks into the operational technology (OT) ecosystem.
Compatibility is essential with OPC/UA and other protocols utilized by Inductive Automation’s Ignition Software, including secure transfer of UDD tags from the OT to IT environment. The solution should enable secure transfer and replication of near real-time data in a SQL database located on the IT network.
The implementation must integrate seamlessly with existing security protocols such as SIEMS, firewalls, routers, and switches. Vendors may submit questions regarding this RFP up to May 1, 2026.
