DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will be responsible for the comprehensive management of unemployment compensation claims, including both local and multistate cases. Services will encompass representing the client in the receipt, management, and processing of claims for unemployment compensation benefits filed by former employees.

Additionally, responsibilities include facilitating the smooth transition of claims, tax records, and related data to ensure continuity and compliance. The vendor will also be expected to keep clients informed about pending legislation or other relevant unemployment compensation issues. Legislative lobbying activities may also be required as part of the service.
