A government authority in Springfield, Illinois is seeking qualified financial institutions to provide underwriting services for its bond issues and other capital markets and debt management initiatives. The engagement will establish two underwriter levels: Senior Managers/Book Runners and Co-Managers.
Senior Managers are expected to deliver comprehensive book-running services, including structuring, marketing, selling, and underwriting of debt, as well as developing marketing, timing, and pricing strategies. Co-Managers will assist with the marketing, selling, and underwriting of State debt. The contract will be awarded for a period of four years. Questions regarding this procurement must be submitted by May 8, 2026.
