A government authority in Saskatchewan is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive renovation services for two classrooms and associated office spaces. The scope of work includes all necessary materials, equipment, and labor, encompassing tasks such as equipment rental, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, duct installation, fire suppression, drywall, painting, and flooring. Demolition and proper disposal of all refuse is required, as well as drywall patching and painting where needed.
The project involves converting offices 125, 125.1, 125.2, and 125.3 into Classroom 1, and offices 123, 123.1, 123.2, and 123.3 into Classroom 2. All walls are to receive two coats of paint in a single color selected by the college, while all doors and trim will be painted in a different color. The renovations also call for the installation of a new T-bar grill with 2 x 2 radar 5/8 acoustical tiles. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 21, 2026.
