DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will deliver comprehensive TV production services aimed at creating engaging television content that showcases academic and athletic experiences. The produced content will culminate in a broadcast on a designated television station.

Services include detailed pre-production planning, coordination with program organizers and students, as well as the preparation of interview questions and storyboards. The vendor will manage post-production, including reviewing and logging all footage, editing into a coherent 30–60 minute narrative (or as required), and adding graphics, subtitles, and music.

Finally, the vendor will coordinate with the TV station to ensure compatibility with technical specifications and delivery formats, submit the final program with supporting materials, and support the station in scheduling and promoting the broadcast.
