New York transit is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a turnkey enterprise asset management and enterprise resource management system. The desired system will support the full lifecycle management of fleet assets, facilities, infrastructure, and related equipment. Comprehensive features are required for financial management, procurement, inventory, safety, and enterprise reporting.
Key requirements include a scalable, configurable, and secure platform, capable of supporting continuous 24/7 transit operations. Data migration services must encompass cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation for all assets, inventory, maintenance histories, project data, vendor data, contract information, and financial records. Core functional requirements include modules for work order management, asset management, preventive and predictive maintenance, and inventory and parts management.
A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for February 5, 2026, and all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than February 12, 2026. The contract will span a five-year period.
