Trellix or Equal CD/DVD Enterprise Encryption Software

This Request for Information (RFI) seeks input from qualified vendors regarding the provision of brand name Trellix, or equal, compact disc (CD) / digital versatile disc (DVD) enterprise encryption software for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The RFI is intended to inform acquisition planning and the eventual development of a product description (PD) for procurement. Interested parties are encouraged to submit detailed capability statements, up to 10 pages in length, outlining their qualifications, technical abilities, and potential to meet the draft technical requirements.

Submissions should include relevant company details such as business size and status, NAICS codes, DUNS number, available personnel and financial resources, and a summary of the company's ability to fulfill the requirements. Small businesses, including VOSB (Veteran-Owned Small Business) and SDVOSB (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business) entities, should demonstrate their intent and ability to comply with VA set aside requirements. The information provided may influence set-aside decisions and the final acquisition strategy.

Respondents are asked to provide feedback on the sufficiency of the technical requirements in the draft PD and to contribute recommendations for a more accurate and cost-effective proposal process.
