DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will be responsible for comprehensive travel literature fulfilment services, which include managing inventory storage, packaging, order assembly, labeling, and mailing of printed materials. Additional responsibilities encompass providing customer support via call center and email for all fulfilment-related inquiries, such as shipment status, delivery issues, and handling damaged or missing items. The vendor will also notify customers by email when orders are shipped, recycle outdated literature, and ensure online access to inventory and fulfilment reports.

In addition, the vendor is required to design, develop, and maintain a secure, modern, and fully responsive online ordering system for travel publications. This system should feature an appealing and intuitive interface, functionality comparable to current e-commerce platforms, and support for secure, role-based access. Different user types—including the general public, state agencies, and approved entities—must have role-specific access, product visibility, and ordering limits. The system must include order tracking, data collection, robust reporting, and seamless integration with fulfilment operations. The fulfilment process should provide shipment updates, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations back to the ordering platform for customer notifications and recordkeeping.

The contract will be awarded for a one-year period. Pre-bid meetings and question submission deadlines are scheduled for interested vendors.
