DESCRIPTION
The State of Indiana is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive services for the design, development, publishing, and distribution of a Travel Guide. This project will include creating and curating content, editorial material, photography, artwork, graphic design, schematics, and maps. Content creation must make use of materials already developed for the agency in addition to new material produced by the vendor.
The selected vendor will manage the full suite of contents for the guide, ensure copyright permission for all images obtained, and establish a photo library for the State. Images may originate from the vendor’s own employees, purchased photo stock, or freelance photographers—as long as full usage rights for state purposes are secured. The contract will be for a one-year period, and interested vendors must submit all questions by April 13, 2026.
