The scope of work includes the development and implementation of prepaid and digital payment options such as physical and virtual prepaid cards, digital wallets, and accounts. These solutions must allow for funding from multiple sources and offer account management interfaces for both organizational entities and end users, including through mobile applications.
Additional requirements include systems and technologies for fare collection and ticketing, fare collection devices, and mobile pay-as-you-go ticketing solutions. Vendors are also expected to provide back office, account management, and platform services to support these payment systems.
