The State of Minnesota is seeking experienced vendors to provide payment solutions that support a variety of transportation services. The required solutions should enable the management and processing of both pre-tax and post-tax end user deposits, facilitate employer-sponsored funding for transportation, and accommodate community programs aimed at eligible participants, such as income-based and commuter incentive initiatives.
Vendors should offer comprehensive account management interfaces for both organizations and individual users, with features accessible via mobile applications. Additional system capabilities must include real-time transaction monitoring and reporting, as well as the ability to automatically load and disburse funds at scheduled intervals.
The initial contract will be for a period of four years. Questions from interested vendors are due by December 30, 2025, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for December 4, 2025.
