DESCRIPTION
This RFP seeks a contractor to provide transit vehicle wrapping services in Florida. The selected contractor will be responsible for the installation of vehicle wraps and must be certified by 3M, either as a 3M Certified Graphics Installation Company or as a 3M Fleet Graphics Preferred Installer. Proof of such certification is required with the proposal submission.
Services include surface preparation by removing any existing decals, wraps, or paint as needed prior to the new wrap installation. The marketing firm will supply the vendor with wrap specifications for production. The contractor must use specified 3M products—specifically 3M Premium PSV – 180CV3 for wrap material and 3M 8519 Luster Overlaminate to ensure product warranty and performance. Wraps are not to be applied to vehicle roofs, bumpers, or windows.
Additionally, the county may request extra individual County logo decals during the contract term, which are intended for application or replacement as needed without the requirement for surface preparation or installation services.
