DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Wisconsin is seeking a vendor to provide transit planning consultant services. The selected consultant will deliver professional planning, analysis, and stakeholder engagement support essential to advancing the project.

Key responsibilities include identifying transportation gaps and unmet mobility needs throughout the county, improving coordination between transportation providers and human service agencies, and evaluating the operational effectiveness of the County Skylands Ride program. The consultant will also be required to recommend improvements to increase the efficiency and quality of transit service delivery, develop a prioritized strategy to enhance transportation access countywide, and produce a comprehensive Transportation Service Inventory.
