The government authority in Austin, Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Transit Oriented Development (TOD) consulting services, specifically for Joint Development Transaction Management related to potential TOD projects. The selected consultant will support the entity in leveraging existing real estate assets to generate long-term revenue, improve ridership, and maximize public value through targeted community benefits.
Responsibilities include assessing market readiness and viable development strategies, structuring joint development transactions that align both with commercial goals and public interests, and ensuring legal and procurement compliance.
