The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive solution for the supply, design, production, one-time installation, and removal of high-quality vinyl wraps on transit buses and para-transit vans. This includes delivering materials such as high-performance cast vinyl wrap film, protective laminate, perforated window film where applicable, and UV-resistant inks for outdoor durability.

Professional installation that adheres to fleet and safety standards is required, ensuring secure adhesion, proper alignment around seams, rivets, and curved surfaces, and compliance with all operational requirements. The contractor is also responsible for training agency maintenance personnel in proper wrap installation, maintenance techniques, removal, and minor repairs, supporting the agency’s long-term goal of building in-house installation capacity. The contract will have a duration of one year.
