The selected contractor will be responsible for the design, production, supply, one-time installation, and removal of vinyl wraps tailored for transit buses. Additionally, the scope includes the development of bus wrap graphics adhering to agency branding requirements, utilizing agency-supplied bus templates, and preparing digital renderings for the agency’s review and approval, including handling any requested revisions.
The contractor must provide digital design files, bus wrap mockups, and print-ready artwork files. All wrap materials are to be supplied, including high-performance cast vinyl wrap film, protective laminate, perforated window film where needed, and UV-resistant inks suitable for outdoor conditions.
