DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive transit bus wrap installation, personnel training services, and serve as the primary supplier for wrap materials under an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) agreement for a government authority in Texas.

The scope includes an initial phase where the contractor leads all vinyl wrap installation, delivering hands-on, structured training in a 3 to 5-day class for approximately 10 agency maintenance staff. Training will encompass full removals, new installations, and specialized repairs, equipping staff to independently manage in-house vehicle wrapping and maintenance. All wrap installations must meet high standards for quality—ensuring proper alignment, secure adhesion, absence of bubbles or wrinkles, and compliance with safety and operational guidelines. The project supports both transit branding initiatives and agency workforce development.

The vendor must be able to install a variety of wrap types including full, partial, rear panel, and side panel advertising wraps. Upon completion of training, the contractor will provide all required high-performance cast vinyl materials in bulk, fulfilling orders on an IDIQ basis. All materials must have a 10-year durability rating and meet weather and UV-resistance standards. The contractor is also responsible for delivering print-ready artwork based on supplied agency designs.
