DESCRIPTION
The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive transit advertising services for its fixed route public transportation buses and associated assets. The scope includes the management and sale of advertising on buses and at 54 bus shelters distributed throughout the service area. Opportunities also extend to new digital advertising platforms, such as digital panels at shelters and stand-alone digital kiosks.
Responsibilities cover the complete lifecycle of advertising management, including the sale and coordination of ad placement, advertisement production and supply, installation, ongoing maintenance, and removal with restoration of agency assets. The vendor will also manage customer relations, account management, billing, and collections. Regular monthly reporting on advertising activities and revenue generation by asset type is required. Both exterior and interior advertising opportunities are offered under this contract, which has a four-year period.
