The City is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive transit advertising services. The selected provider will be responsible for placing, selling, and maintaining commercial advertising on designated transit buses, bus stops, and other city-owned transit amenities, including the potential to expand services to future transit facilities as they are implemented.
Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and managing a revenue-generating advertising program on City transit amenities. The scope of work covers marketing, sales, installation, maintenance, and removal of advertising displays. The vendor must ensure all activities comply with relevant local, state, and federal policies, laws, and industry standards, and maintain ongoing communication and coordination with City staff.
Additional requirements include managing all aspects of transit facility advertising, overseeing material and installation standards, ensuring proper placement and appearance of ads, and adhering to bus and shelter advertising dimensions as specified.
