The agency seeks a vendor to provide transcription and caption software, specifically utilizing the Rev platform. The software must convert audio recordings, video files, and discovery materials into accurate, searchable, and indexed digital text assets. Required features include transcription, captioning, and advanced search functionality with time-stamped citations.
The solution must offer unlimited verbatim AI transcription and caption minutes by seat and month in more than 37 languages. It should also offer unlimited custom templates, such as those for case interview analysis, inconsistency spotting, and narrative summaries, as well as side-by-side foreign language translation for transcripts. A secure mobile app for dictation, on-the-go transcription, and case review is essential.
Other requirements include dedicated onboarding and customer success resources and capabilities for high volume analysis, handling up to 500 files simultaneously for large investigations and complex cases. The contract period will be for one year.
