South Carolina is seeking information on training records management systems that can effectively manage, organize, and track training records. The desired solution should include robust reporting and auditing features, allowing administrators to sort records by individual or course, and manage both current and future training data.
Key requirements include the ability to add and track both internal and external training courses, as well as an option to manage and electronically distribute policies and procedures with required sign-offs. The system must support user authentication through Microsoft Entra, as well as offer authentication via an internal user database. Interested vendors will have the opportunity to present demonstrations of their proposed solutions after initial review.
