DESCRIPTION

The Department of National Defence (DND) in Ontario, Canada requires the provision and implementation support of a training system. The selected vendor will be responsible for acting as a liaison between DND, the project team, key stakeholders, and the system implementor (SI) during the pre-service delivery phase of the project.

The successful company will support the implementation work and offer contracted IM/IT subject matter expert (SME) professional services. This includes facilitating communication and coordination among all parties and ensuring effective integration and deployment of the new training system. The engagement is expected to span a two-year contract period.
