DESCRIPTION


This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive advertising services across train stations and onboard trains throughout the Caltrain system. The selected company will handle the sales, placement, scheduling, and inventory management of advertising assets to maximize non-fare revenue through strategic monetization initiatives. Responsibilities include identifying new revenue opportunities, enhancing the performance of advertising assets, innovating ad formats, and building enduring partnerships.

The vendor will be tasked with managing advertiser relationships, fulfilling and reporting on campaign deliverables, and ensuring a top-tier customer experience. Covered assets include static and digital displays in stations, platforms, and waiting areas, as well as various onboard and exterior train advertising placements. Duties also encompass production, installation, maintenance, and removal of advertising materials in compliance with asset specifications, dimensions, and technical requirements. The contract term is set for five years.
