A vendor is sought to develop a strategic plan for a trail system in Oklahoma, with the goal of creating a connected network of walking, biking, and multi-use trails grounded in Cherokee culture. The plan aims to guide long-term development supporting health, mobility, tourism, environmental stewardship, and cultural preservation.
Key objectives include fostering community wellness and active transportation, enabling cultural and historical interpretation, promoting environmental conservation and land stewardship, and facilitating community and stakeholder engagement.
