The selected vendor will be responsible for providing traffic signs and related services in accordance with specific requirements. This includes the supply of blank signs (24x36 inches, 1.5-inch corner radius, with drilled holes for both vertical and horizontal placement), W10–1 (MUTCD) 36-inch round RXR signs with 3M DG3 4091 sheeting, W8–7 30x30-inch 'LOOSE GRAVEL' signs with 3M DG3 4084 sheeting, R4–1 24x30-inch 'DO NOT PASS' signs with 3M HIP 3930 sheeting, W17–1 (MUTCD) 24x24-inch 'SPEED HUMP' signs with 3M 3931 HIP sheeting and 3M #1160i.2 premium overlay film, and S1–1 36x36-inch 'SCHOOL SIGN' with 3M DG3 4083 sheeting and 3M #1160i.2 premium overlay film.
All technical questions and clarifications related to the scope of work must be submitted by April 9, 2026. Successful delivery and compliance with specified materials and standards are key elements of this procurement.
