DESCRIPTION

A government authority in New Hampshire is seeking a vendor to provide traffic equipment and sign services. The required solution must include a vehicle-mounted enhanced lightbar integrated with a traffic control full matrix dynamic message sign (DMS).

The system should be capable of displaying 99 predefined messages, including those featuring arrows and chevrons.
