DESCRIPTION
The government authority located in Salem, Oregon is seeking a vendor to provide traffic counting services across multiple locations. The focus of this project is to assess safety for vulnerable road users and to support the development of signal timing plans.
The contractor will be responsible for supplying trained personnel and all necessary equipment for traffic data collection, which includes portable traffic counters, classifiers, video cameras, road tubes, stakes, nails, hammers, safety vests, and vehicles equipped with amber lights. Site data will be given to the contractor prior to the start of work.
