The state of Maine is seeking a vendor to provide traffic count software and associated services to support its annual traffic data collection and monitoring activities. The software will be used by the Traffic Monitoring Section to gather traffic count data, monitor traffic flow, and track changes in traffic patterns over time.
In addition to collecting and analyzing traffic data, the solution must support the maintenance of historical records, equipment tracking, work documentation, and quality control processes. The selected vendor will be responsible for all aspects of configuration, data conversion, assistance with departmental deployment testing, resolution of any related issues, training, and systems integration.
