A higher education client in North Carolina is seeking an experienced provider for integrated traditional and digital media buying and strategy services under a one-year contract. The selected vendor will handle all aspects of media strategy, planning, buying, placement, and analytics across both digital and traditional channels, consolidating existing contracts into a single, cohesive agreement.
Services required include digital marketing such as search marketing, remarketing, behavioral targeting, geofencing, geotargeting, as well as campaign execution across social media platforms like LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and similar channels. The provider should also have expertise with audio streaming services such as Spotify, Pandora, iHeart Radio, and related platforms, as well as placements on websites, mobile apps, and games.
Additional responsibilities include the development or procurement of prospect lists for targeted campaigns, research, tracking and reporting, and providing a dedicated account services team. Real-time data analytics for monitoring campaign performance, coupled with strategic advice and campaign planning, are essential for ensuring cost-effective and data-driven advertising outcomes tailored to the needs of higher education clients.
