A Colorado-based organization is seeking a qualified vendor to lead a comprehensive rebuild and ongoing management of its tourism website, utilizing the WordPress content management system. The project covers end-to-end website design and development, including the migration and implementation of content, launch support, and ensuring the digital presence is both modern and accessible across desktop and mobile platforms. Vendors will be expected to design user experiences and interfaces that adhere to established brand guidelines while improving overall user engagement and accessibility.
In addition to the website reconstruction, the selected vendor will be responsible for continuous website maintenance and the management of paid search (PPC) campaigns. The scope includes execution of a robust SEO strategy with attention to emerging trends in search, particularly as influenced by AI, as well as technical optimization for site speed, mobile responsiveness, and best practices in SEO. Ongoing responsibilities involve keyword research, content development support, competitive analysis, technical SEO audits, and integration with Google Analytics 4 for performance tracking.
The project also requires monthly reporting on website traffic, user behavior, conversions, and actionable recommendations. Additional components include conducting an audit of current paid search accounts, providing recommendations for landing page improvements, offering training to the in-house team on WordPress CMS and site upkeep, and reporting on both SEO and paid search performance. All vendor questions related to the scope must be submitted by November 21, 2025.
