DESCRIPTION

The agency seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive tourism visitor guide services, including the design, layout, marketing, advertising sales, and set-up for county tourism guides in both hard copy and digital flip book formats. The contractor will collaborate closely with the agency's internal team, supplying a suggested advertising rate card with information on discounts and prepay options for ad sales.

The awarded firm is expected to deliver a complete turnkey solution for both print and digital publications across online marketing platforms. This will encompass services such as advertising sales and management, photography, editorial content creation with authentic and emotionally engaging storytelling, editorial research, writing, composition, proofing, printing, and delivery. Importantly, the vendor must secure advertisements and associated ad revenue at no additional cost to the County or the agency, while ensuring that advertising content does not exceed 40% of the guide's content.

The publication will showcase accommodations, attractions, restaurants, shopping venues, and other tourism-related businesses within the County, including overview listings by location and tier, and provide special features on dining and culinary experiences. The publications are to be published annually for the duration of a three-year contract period.
