The Department seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive tourism representation services for the United Kingdom market. The selected contractor will exclusively represent the Division of Tourism, handling a variety of responsibilities related to travel trade representation, marketing, consumer engagement, strategic guidance on the UK travel industry, and operational support for New York State’s tourism activities within the UK and Ireland.
Key duties include developing and implementing a focused marketing strategy that combines creativity, discipline, and accountability. The contractor will oversee trade and consumer marketing efforts, manage partner marketing promotions, advise on international travel trends specific to the UK, and collaborate with other agency offices involved in foreign direct investment and trade promotion. The contractor is expected to ensure that New York State is fully represented through industry-related activities, promotions, and outreach efforts in the UK.
The contract period will be five years, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by May 11, 2026.
