This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive tourism marketing campaign services aimed at promoting the region as a premier northern destination. The campaign's primary focus will be on increasing awareness, interest, and future visitation through the development of engaging short-form video content and strategic digital advertising.
The selected vendor will be responsible for creating 4–5 short-form videos, each 20–25 seconds in length, showcasing outdoor adventure opportunities, northern landscapes, community experiences, and activities such as lakeside recreation, fishing, paddling, and trails. Both provided and newly captured content may be used to develop these video assets.
Additionally, the vendor will plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), including audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance tracking. The objective is to maximize the reach and effectiveness of the campaign as it positions the region as a must-visit destination.
