The selected vendor will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive two-phase tourism marketing campaign, including both Spring and Fall components. The campaign must focus on increasing overnight stays and destination awareness in Langford during shoulder and off-season periods. Key responsibilities include recommending suitable target markets and audience segments aligned with campaign goals, assessing current video and photographic assets while identifying additional needs, and managing all aspects of paid media buying and campaign setup.
The vendor will be expected to coordinate messaging with agency contacts and tourism partners to ensure strategic alignment and maximize impact. Proposals may include an influencer or creator strategy, outlining selection, deliverables, and content usage. Ongoing monitoring, creative optimization, audience targeting, and budget adjustments are required to enhance campaign performance while live. Both campaigns should complement each other visually and strategically but remain seasonally distinct, authentically representing Langford's experiences and community. All questions related to the RFP must be submitted by April 30, 2026.
