Timekeeping System

An Arizona-based campus is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive timekeeping system, including both hardware and software components. The intended solution will allow employees to clock in and out exclusively from campus, while enabling remote employee timesheet entry, time off requests, and approvals from any location. The system must offer seamless payroll integration with Infinite Visions and support both Spanish and Vietnamese language options to accommodate a diverse workforce.

Key security features are required, including customizable access controls, password protection for sensitive data, and restriction of manager access strictly to authorized approvals. The system should prevent managers who also report their own time from editing or approving their own records and facilitate restrictions on clocking in or out outside of scheduled hours. Administratively, Payroll staff must be able to automate email reminders, generate timely approval reports, and handle diverse and complex scheduling scenarios. Reporting capabilities should include export options in PDF and Excel formats. The system must ensure 24/7 employee access and automatically track time worked and total compensation planning.
