A California county is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive support and maintenance services for its Infor Workforce Management (WFM) software over a three-year period. The WFM system, version 2022.01 with an Oracle 19c Standard Edition backend, underpins both automated and daily timekeeping processes for county employees, including specialized use at the county's medical center.
The selected vendor will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Infor WFM timekeeping system, utilizing a help desk ticketing system to manage requests submitted by end users and project team members. Duties include managing the support portal, updating ticket statuses, coordinating the deployment and testing of fixes, and advising on database or operating system administration tasks such as table archiving, system restarts, and applying patch updates.
The contract encompasses ongoing technical support, system maintenance, and guidance to ensure continued reliability and efficiency of the county's workforce management and timekeeping operations.
