A California-based organization is seeking a comprehensive cloud-based timekeeping and leave management solution. The desired system should offer electronic time and attendance tracking, robust workforce scheduling, and automated alerts for leave balances, expirations, and compliance deadlines. Integration with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) is required, with synchronization of timesheet or financial data in real-time or on a scheduled basis.
The solution must feature electronic leave management covering sick leave, vacation, floating days, labor balancing, comp-time, extra holiday hours, and deferred holidays. The initial implementation phase will focus on timesheet and leave management for unrepresented employees. The vendor will be expected to clearly define their responsibilities regarding system, hardware, and application support, as well as provide 24/7 customer support with established response and resolution timelines based on issue severity.
Regular software updates, a guaranteed 99.9% uptime, and a user-friendly web interface compatible with major browsers are essential requirements. Mobile access through iOS and Android devices is also necessary. Vendors are invited to submit all questions regarding the project by November 21, 2025.
